Sue Reeves has been coaching and mentoring for over 10 years, guiding individuals and companies to establish clear career aspirations and goals for progression and escalation. Sue’s focus is supporting the supporters: coaching for assistants and administrators.

Sue has worked with PAs and EAs in New Zealand government departments as well as private companies. In addition to imparting relevant skills, she has a proven ability to motivate people to progress towards their goals - both business and personal - to help her clients achieve balance. Sue Reeves has accreditation from EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Sue excels in leadership, always encouraging a group to get things done, and preserving harmony within that group by making everyone feel included. She is a “people person”, and builds strong, trusting relationships with her clients. Sue uses judgement, creative thinking and perspective to unpack issues, analyse the options, and come up with a relevant solution. Sue is curious and gets excited about taking on new responsibilities.
